We acknowledge that excellent service is the key to providing satisfied customers. We know that you want the minimum of fuss. We know that your clients, often vulnerable people require compassionate guidance and assistance. We are there for you, and your clients every step of the way.


We promise

  • To acknowledge receipt of instructions within 24 hours;
  • To answer all communications within 24 hours;
  • To reply to all telephone calls within 4 hours;
  • To provide a translator for your clients if required, whatever the language and wherever the location;
  • To accompany your client to the medical appointment should that be required;
  • To obtain and translate any necessary records promptly.

Our offices are open Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm.
